In-Flight Vital Signs Monitoring GROUND TEST PICTURES
The following pictures were taken during the ground telemetry test, that took place on March 20, 1997 at the San Francisco Intl. Airport. This exercise lasted for two hours where we mainly tested the connection to the Internet from a parked, American Airlines Boeing 767.
Simultaneousy the FAA approved the portable monitor (ProPaq) for the flight test.

After a quick set-up, the plane-crew was on-line, sending data to Saddle Back in Laguna Hills, California and to Buenos Aires, Argentina. All the system operates with portable batteries.
